We’re looking for a Head of Engagement to strategically manage and develop the social media and engagement services we provide to our clients.

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of content marketing and digital who loves to work alongside clients to deliver their content to the right audiences.

Your role

  • Lead a team working on all aspects of clients’ social media activity, showing a high level of understanding of the role of different networks and impact on consumer behaviour

  • Create innovative campaigns for clients in a variety of sectors (both B2B and B2C), supported by effective benchmarking and reporting tactics

  • Work closely with internal teams, including editorial, video, graphics, outreach and client relations, and third parties to develop and deliver exceptional content strategies for clients

  • Hone and develop Axonn’s current social media and engagement offering, exploring and recommending further effective solutions to benefit our clients

  • Work directly with clients, providing expert insight and demonstrating genuine passion for the medium and achieving results

  • Run regular training sessions for internal teams and assist with the management of client expectations

What are we looking for?

The perfect applicant should have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience, working with clients across a range of industries

  • Comprehensive understanding of content marketing and digital channels

  • Experience of email marketing, Google Analytics and paid promotional campaigns on major social networks

  • Proven experience of team leadership and product development

  • First-rate editorial and communication skills
